Privacy policy

How Fidevra handles personal data on fidevra.com. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are

Fidevra ("we", "us") operates fidevra.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@fidevra.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, the systems you run and your message. Our web server also records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time), which we use to keep the site secure and understand aggregate traffic.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a demo or pilot.
  • To keep records of our correspondence with you.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Legal basis

Where data-protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site, and on your consent where you have given it (for example, by submitting the form).

Sharing

Form submissions are delivered to our email service and stored in our mailbox. We use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share your details with other third parties unless required by law.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Cookies and analytics

fidevra.com does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fidevra.com.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
