We build agents for the systems businesses actually run.
Fidevra is an enterprise AI company. Our products put autonomous, auditable agents inside SAP, IFS, Salesforce, HubSpot, Acumatica and QuickBooks, so the work that keeps a business running gets done without a person carrying every record by hand.
Integrated Intelligence for the enterprise.
Every mid-sized company runs on a handful of systems of record and an army of people who move information between them: re-keying invoices, chasing approvals, checking that a release did not break the order screen, watching a dashboard at 2am. The systems are fine. The glue is human, expensive and tired.
We started Fidevra because the technology to replace that glue has arrived, and because most of what is sold as "AI for the enterprise" stops at a chat window. We wanted agents that hold credentials, follow an approval matrix, post to the ledger and explain themselves afterwards: intelligence integrated into the systems, not bolted beside them.
Our team has spent years implementing and running ERP and CRM platforms for manufacturers, distributors and service businesses. We know where the exceptions hide, what auditors ask for and why "it works in the demo" is not enough.
Core parts of the Fidevra platform are the subject of pending patent applications. We will say more once they are granted.
Four rules every Fidevra product follows.
Auditable by default
Every action an agent takes is logged with its evidence and reasoning. If it cannot be explained, it does not ship.
People approve, agents execute
Humans keep the decisions that matter. Agents take the preparation, the chasing and the routine, and ask when the rules say so.
Built for the systems you have
We use each platform's own APIs, roles and workflows. No rip-and-replace, no shadow database, no "just export it to a spreadsheet".
Measured on outcomes
Touchless rate, cycle time, defects caught, minutes to recovery. We agree the numbers before a pilot and report on them every month after.
Pilot, prove, scale.
We would rather earn the second use case than sell a platform licence on day one.
Pilot (30 days)
One queue, one or two systems, success metrics agreed up front. Your data, your tenancy, your approvers. You see real runs in week two.
Prove
We report touchless rate, exceptions, cycle time and anything the agents got wrong. Rules are tightened until you trust the numbers.
Scale
Second and third jobs reuse the same connectors, approvals and audit trail, so each one takes days. Your team learns to brief agents themselves.
Enterprise controls, from the first agent.
- Least privilege
Each agent has its own scoped service account in every system it touches, and can be revoked on its own.
- Your data stays yours
No customer data is used to train models. Run in your cloud tenancy with your keys, or on our managed service, with data residency you choose.
- Approvals and segregation of duties
Thresholds, roles and four-eyes rules are enforced centrally and logged with every decision.
- Complete audit trail
Reads, writes, approvals and the reasoning behind them, queryable in plain language and exportable for your auditors.
We're hiring people who have lived inside these systems.
If you have implemented SAP, IFS, Salesforce, HubSpot, Acumatica or QuickBooks, run a supply chain, planning or RevOps team, tested enterprise releases for a living, or built agent systems that had to be right, we would like to hear from you. Write to careers@fidevra.com with a few lines about what you have run and what you would automate first.
