Every mid-sized company runs on a handful of systems of record and an army of people who carry information between them. A won deal in Salesforce becomes a customer in IFS, an order in SAP and an invoice in QuickBooks, and at every hop someone re-keys, checks and chases. The systems are fine. The glue is human, expensive and tired.
Fidevra exists to replace that glue with agents that actually do the work: agents that hold credentials, call the platforms' own APIs, follow your approval rules and explain every action afterwards. We call it integrated intelligence because the intelligence lives inside the systems, not beside them in a chat window.
What we are launching with
Agentic Platform. One agent core for the systems your business runs on: SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One), IFS Cloud and IFS Applications 10, Salesforce, HubSpot, Acumatica, QuickBooks and anything with an API. Describe a job the way you would brief a new hire, set the guardrails, and the agents run it with approvals and a full audit trail.
Supply Chain Intelligence Center. An ERP-agnostic module that synchronises supplier and customer master data from IFS Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Dynamics 365, NetSuite or Infor without modifying the ERP, then continuously reads the external signals an ERP cannot see (global news, SEC filings, Companies House records, the companies' own websites) and consolidates them into one scored risk profile per supplier and customer, with alerts for financial stress, legal exposure, operational disruption or reputational damage.
Automated Testing. Regression suites built from your real end-to-end flows, run before every vendor release, that repair themselves when screens change and hand you an evidence pack your auditors will accept.
Platform Monitoring with swarm intelligence agents. Hundreds of lightweight agents watch integrations, batch jobs, APIs and real user journeys. When something drifts they converge, agree on a root cause and propose the remediation.
The rules we build by
Four rules apply to every Fidevra product. Everything an agent does is auditable by default. People approve, agents execute. We build for the systems you already have, using their own APIs, roles and workflows. And we are measured on outcomes: touchless rate, cycle time, defects caught before release, minutes to recovery, agreed before a pilot and reported every month after.
Core parts of the platform are the subject of pending patent applications. We will say more once they are granted.
How to start
We would rather earn the second use case than sell a platform licence on day one. A pilot is 30 days, one queue, one or two systems, your tenancy and your approvers, with the numbers agreed up front. You see real runs in week two.
If you run SAP, IFS, Salesforce, HubSpot, Acumatica or QuickBooks and there is a queue your team would happily hand to an agent, tell us about it. We will show you a comparable run on the first call.
